Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to support our B2B sales growth in the hardware and interior material supply industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and promoting suitable materials to trade customers.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Sales & Customer Management
Promote and sell hardware, interior, and building materials to B2B customers.
Manage customers such as hardware retailers, interior design firms, carpentry workshops, and contractors.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers to support repeat orders and long-term relationships. - New Business Development
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through customer visits, referrals, and outreach.
Follow up on enquiries and convert suitable leads into sales opportunities.
Support revenue growth by expanding the customer base. - Product Advisory & Sales Support
Explain product specifications and recommend suitable materials based on customer needs.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on pricing, availability, and order requirements.
Update HubSpot or similar CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Prior B2B sales experience, preferably in hardware, interior materials, construction supply, or related industries.
- Basic knowledge of product specifications or building/interior materials will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with outdoor sales/customer visits.
- Class 3 / 3A driving licence preferred.
